Exceptional Children's Organization, Inc., a not-for-profit charitable organization helping children with disabilities, provides appropriate clothing to needy children; offers social and recreational activities, and medication assistance. Only 400 raffle tickets are available! In addition to the car raffle, 2 cash prizes are also to be drawn. The drawing will be held October 31, 2001.You do not need to be present to win. Anyone is allowed to enter that is over 18 or 21 years of age depending on legal adult age in your country, state, providence. Except from countries, state, and providence where participating in a raffle is prohibited. Winner will be responsible for all license fees, local/state/federal taxes, shipping expenses, and other fees if applicable.
