The 5th Annual New Car Raffle scholarship fundraiser...sponsored by the Estrella Rotary Foundation, Inc. and the West Valley Auto Alliance... launched February 17, 2004. Once again only 1,500 tickets will be sold.  The drawing will be held on April 13, 2004. You do not need to be present to win. There is also a second prize of $1,000 cash and a third prize of $500 cash.

With four 2004 vehicles in the line up…winner will choose one of the following vehicles: 2004 Ford F150 SuperCrew-Lariat Package, Dodge Durango Limited, Chevrolet Trailblazer LT, or Buick Rendezvous..
