The Academy of Notre Dame - Tyngsboro is offering a V8 engine, 5 speed transmission Mustang GT convertible, with a premium package that includes rear spoiler, cruise control, air conditioning and 6CD changer radio.  This vehicle will be available in the winner's choice of available dealer colors.  Additional options are available at the
winner's cost.  Ten $100 cash prizes will also be awarded.  Proceeds from this drawing benefit the NDA Blanche Walsh Gymnasium renovation. Drawing will be held on May 26, 2004 at the Academy of Notre Dame Sports Banquet. Ticket Price: $100.  Only 1,000 tickets available.  Visit our webiste.

DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS

. 1st Prize 2004 Mustang GT Convertible.  Additional options are available at winner's expense.

. 10 additional $100 cash prize tickets will be drawn.

. Winners need not be present to win.

. Winners must be 18 years of age.

. Prize winners will be notified on May 27, 2004 by the Academy of Notre Dame Development Office.

. Gervais Ford/Lincoln/Mercury of Ayer and Lowell, MA will place order for 1st prize winner.

. Cash prizes will be mailed on May 27, 2003.

. The value of the prize will be treated as ordinary income to the winner for Federal and State Income Tax purposes.

. Winners may be required to pre-pay a portion of the Tax Liability prior to receiving the prize.

. In accordance with IRS regulations, no portion of the ticket price qualifies for a charitable contribution for Federal Incometax purposes.

. Winner is responsible for all expenses in excess of the exact description of the vehicle as listed above.
