Rules:
1.  Participants will receive an email confirmation for ticket purchases from PAYPAL. Contained in the Email will be a unique PAYPAL TRANSACTION ID. THE TRANSACTION ID# IS ALSO YOUR RAFFLE TICKET NUMBER TO BE USED DURING THE DRAWING. Please print that email as your receipt.
2.  Date - Raffle drawing will be held on 12/31/2004.
Drawing maybe be held earlier, when maximum number of tickets are sold.
3.  Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by registered mail.
4.  Cancellation - ECOS Research reserves the right to cancel the raffle and provide refunds for any purchased tickets only if minimum number of tickets have not been sold by 11/30/2004.
4a.  Other than reason specified in item# 4 above, absolutely no refunds will be provided, and raffle tickets once purchased are not returnable. Raffle tickets have no cash value.
5.  New 2004 Honda Accord DX. Sample Photo only shown. Color and options of actual vehicle may vary.
6.  Minimum number of tickets to be sold is 5,000. Maximum number of tickets to be sold is 10,000.
7.  Tickets must be purchased via http://www.iraffle.org/ only. Agents, bulk sellers, professional fundraisers, dealers, or distributors of raffle tickets are not permitted to participate.
8.  Winner responsible for applicable DMV Fees (title, license, registration, etc.).
9.  Winner must provide proof of automobile insurance prior to delivery.
10.  All Federal, State and Local Tax Regulations Apply.
11.  NJ State Raffle Regulations Apply.
12.  Void Where Prohibited by Law.
