Rules and Regulations:
 
 
1. Purchase price for one ticket is $10.00, or three
tickets for $25.00. Checks or money orders should be
made payable to "DreamCarRaffles.Com". Checks and
money orders will be deposited upon receipt. If bank
returns a check, the entry will be declared invalid
unless and until full payment plus NSF fees is
received. It must be received prior to deadline date
for entries of 2-25-05.
 
2. Completed entries and available funds must be in
the possession of "DreamCarRaffles.Com", before 11:55
PM on February 25, 2005 unless extended, or when 1200
tickets are sold whichever is sooner, in order to be
eligible for the drawing for the 1993 Cadillac Sedan
DeVille 4-Dr and other Cash prizes. Any funds
received after the 1200 Tickets are sold or the
closing date will be returned uncashed.
 
3. Contributors must be 18 years of age or older and
be a licensed driver on February 25, 2005. 
 
4. Prizes will consist of Grand Prize of a 1993
Cadillac Sedan DeVille 4-Dr, 1 prize of $500.00 Cash
and 4 additional Cash prizes of $100.00 Each.
 
5. Name of the winner will be available to the media
and will be posted on the "DreamCarRaffles.Com"
website.
 
6. Winning ticket will be determined by random
drawing by a neutral third party. The drawing date
will be Monday, February 28, 2005 in Springfield,
Illinois at the Accounting offices of Axis Accounting
at 801 S Durkin Dr, Springfield, Il 62704. Winner
will be notified by telephone and e-mail and regular
mail if necessary. Winners need not be present to
win.
 
7. The transfer of ownership of the vehicle must be
completed by March 31, 2005.
 
8. Winner of the Cadillac will assume and be
responsible for all licensing, registration, and all
other fees, local, State and Federal Taxes, including
and without limitation all applicable sales, use,
withholding, luxury, income, and special taxes. No
cash equivalency awarded in lieu of car. Void where
prohibited by law. "DreamCarRaffles.Com" SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING THE AUTOMOBILE.
 
9. If less than 600 tickets are sold by the cutoff
date of Friday, February 25, 2005 (Unless Extended),
sponsor reserves the right to do a 50/50 drawing with
one cash winner.
 
 
10. The decision of the sponsor,
DreamCarRaffles.Com, will be final in all matters
pertaining to this drawing.
 
11. All "net" proceeds will go to support LITTLE
LEAGUE BASEBALL in Springfield, Illinois.
